Most people end up getting a job because of the conditioning handed down from their parents, “Get a degree and then work for a Fortune 500 company!” and this is what Andy did, thinking it would make him happy. Promotions followed more responsibility and bigger projects until he was on a multi-million dollar project and realised he was getting more and more unhappy. So he left and began to discover, after 3 failed businesses in which he was nearly bankrupt and owed $100,000′s, that there are 3 basic components to make tremendous breakthroughs in business: -
1. Mindset
Positive thinking and affirmations don’t work alone if there are underlying unresolved issues to clear out and overcome first. Until that time you are in ‘default mode’ and any amount of pressure is going to send you over so it’s all about what you focus on, because what you pay attention to magnifies and expands, it’s the Law of Attraction. Therefore thinking about bills and lack will bring more of it and so to get over this you must take full responsibility. Cause is greater than effect and if you take full responsibility you are in control of everything, if you take the effect side you are playing the victim and this is followed by more lack and bitterness. Being the victim puts others in control. So take back the control in your life and look to see how you can improve on everything, never complain; you are always in control, don’t like paying taxes? Why not? The more taxes you pay the more you’ve earned! LOVE paying taxes! Change the way you see things, you are in complete control!! Don’t moan, do something about it, and for the things you can’t control, take responsibility for the way you look at it!!!

Great information! And, I have lived this experience through several failed businesses. Throwing off the “worker bee” mindset has been a lifelong journey. We are clearly of like mind. I found your blog because we both commented on a Louise Hay entry. If you can, check out my blog at http://themoneypoems.wordpress.com
